Ending Chronic Jaw Pain, Clicking & Migraines at the Neuromuscular Source.

Targeting the root biomechanical cause of TMJ dysfunction. Through computerized jaw tracking and physiologic orthotics, we restore the ideal relationship between muscles, nerves, and jaw joints without invasive surgery.

Why Chronic Jaw Pain is So Frequently Misdiagnosed

Millions of patients endure chronic headaches, neck stiffness, and ear fullness for years, visiting ENTs, neurologists, and physiotherapists who prescribe pain medications without resolving the underlying structural problem.

In reality, the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is the most complex joint in the human body. Even a 1mm discrepancy in your bite forces the masticatory muscles into permanent spasm, irritating the trigeminal nerve. Our Center was founded to provide scientific, objective neuromuscular diagnostics and non-surgical relief.

3D CBCT Volumetric TMJ Condyle Analysis

The Center’s Diagnostic Approach

  • ✓
    Objective instrumentation over subjective palpation
  • ✓
K7 computerized jaw tracking recording 3D mandibular motion
  • ✓
Joint Vibration Analysis (JVA) detecting microscopic disc displacement
  • ✓
Non-surgical neuromuscular orthotics returning joints to true physiological rest

Center Capabilities

Comprehensive neuromuscular workflow to diagnose, decompress, and rehabilitate TMJ dysfunction.

01

Electromyography (EMG)

Surface sensors measuring micro-volt hyper-contraction in the masseter and temporalis muscle groups.

02

Joint Vibration Analysis

Biometric acoustic tracking quantifying friction, clicks, and tissue degeneration in the joint capsule.

03

Ultra-Low Frequency TENS

Relaxing chronically fatigued jaw muscles to reveal the true physiological resting position of the mandible.

04

Physiologic Orthotic

Custom intraoral appliance that decompresses the TMJ space and allows inflamed cartilage to heal.

05

Occlusal Stabilization

T-Scan digital timing and neuromuscular orthodontics locking in permanent bite stability without relapse.

Symptoms & Conditions We Resolve

Relieving orofacial pain syndromes that disrupt sleep, focus, and daily quality of life.

Jaw Popping, Clicking & Grating

Restoring the articular cartilage disc when it slips off the condylar head during opening or closing.

Chronic Migraines & Tension Headaches

Eliminating trigeminal nerve sensitization caused by hyperactive temporalis muscle clenching.

Severe Bruxism (Teeth Grinding)

Treating the neuromuscular pathology behind violent nocturnal grinding before teeth are worn down to stubs.

Jaw Locking (Open or Closed)

Emergency decompression and non-surgical manipulation to restore full 45mm mouth opening.

Ear Fullness, Pain & Tinnitus

Relieving pressure on the retrodiscal pad and tympanic nerve adjacent to the inflamed jaw joint.

Neck, Shoulder & Postural Stiffness

Correcting forward head posture and cervical spine strain stemming from an unbalanced dental occlusion.

TMJ Diagnostic Technology Suite

The highest standard of objective neuromuscular measurement available in South East Asia.

Myotronics K7 Jaw Tracking

Magnetic sensor tracking mandibular spatial movement in 3 axes with 0.1mm dynamic accuracy.

BioPak Joint Vibration (JVA)

Microphonic vibration recording quantifying the exact timing and friction wave of internal joint sounds.

BNS-40 Neuromuscular TENS

Ultra-low frequency bilateral pulse stimulation that depletes lactic acid and restores neutral muscle tone.

T-Scan Novus Digital Occlusion

High-speed digital foil sensor displaying bite forces and balance across individual teeth in real time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clarity on jaw popping, neuromuscular splints, and permanent relief.

Over 95% of TMJ cases do NOT require surgery. Invasive joint surgery is an extreme last resort. By using computerized muscle relaxation and custom physiologic orthotics, we restore the natural balance of your bite and allow the joint tissues to heal non-invasively.

Your jaw muscles are intimately linked with the neck, shoulders, and upper back. If your teeth do not meet evenly, your jaw muscles must constantly contract to hold your jaw in place. This chronic strain sends referred pain through the trigeminal nerve, manifesting as tension headaches, migraines, and cervical neck spasms.

A standard night guard is simply a flat piece of plastic that prevents teeth wear, but it often increases clenching by giving the muscles something to bite down on. A neuromuscular orthotic is custom-calibrated using K7 computerized tracking to physically reposition your mandible into its relaxed physiologic resting position.

Most patients experience significant pain relief within 2 to 4 weeks of wearing the physiologic orthotic. Phase 1 (decompression and stabilization) typically lasts 3 to 6 months. Once pain-free, we discuss Phase 2 options to make your bite permanently stable.
